DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire highly skilled professionals across the client university. In conjunction with the Director of HR, recommend improvements to the formulation and implementation of the recruitment strategy in line with client’s vision and mission.
Develop an annual recruitment plan to outline the most appropriate strategies and approaches for identifying and selecting high-caliber talent for vacancies promptly, incorporating Emiratization objectives.
Develop and maintain standardization of clients’recruitment policies and procedures within established benchmarks for time to hire and cost to hire. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to facilitate the flow of information and determine the time to hire.
Manage the development, maintenance and implementation of all recruitment-related processes such as sourcing applications using various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct sourcing; conducting interviews, issuing offers, etc., to ensure uniformity in the quality and selection of candidates.
