As our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Tech, you will be the strategic force behind building our world‑class engineering organization. You will partner directly with leadership across software, hardware, and autonomy to hire the talent that designs and builds the future of autonomous ground systems.

You will own the technical hiring strategy, from defining priorities to closing critical hires. Proactive talent pipelines for our most critical and hard‑to‑fill technical roles through advanced sourcing, market mapping, and strategic outreach.

Prior experience in a fast‑growing deep‑tech or technology scale‑up is a significant plus. Expertise in advanced sourcing, market mapping, and building strong talent pipelines for highly specialized and senior technical roles.

A data‑first mindset, with the ability to use metrics to inform your strategy, influence senior engineering leaders, and drive results. A genuine passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience and a drive for continuous innovation in technical recruitment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility and confidence to act as a trusted advisor to tech leadership. The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑velocity environment, adapting quickly to evolving technical priorities. Professional fluency in English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
