Responsibilities Own the full TA lifecycle: briefing, sourcing, screening/interviewing, feedback, and offer management—adding value throughout. Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, employer branding, social channels, referrals and internal mobility.
Champion internal mobility and support Sedgwick’s commitment to developing colleagues. Lead TA initiatives including referral programmes and other hiring projects across the region. Collaborate across CR (HR) and business leadership to shape recruitment approaches aligned to country and functional strategy.
Requirements Solid experience in Talent Acquisition (agency or in-house) Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find people others don’t Comfortable working with stakeholders across borders Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
