Senior System Security Architect - Embedded Systems We're partnered with a leading semiconductor organisation and they are seeking a Senior System Security Architect to join its Crypto and Security Competence Centre.

This is a senior, cross‑cutting role with real influence over security architecture across a broad product portfolio, spanning embedded systems, industrial applications, and connected technologies deployed at scale.

If you enjoy working end‑to‑end on complex security challenges, translating regulatory requirements into practical architectures, and shaping security strategy at an organisational level, this is a role worth exploring.

What you will be doing You will drive end‑to‑end security analysis for complex multi‑product solutions, with a particular focus on cross‑product features, interactions, and interfaces.

You will also analyse how different technologies integrate to create secure, seamless solutions, and keep a close eye on emerging trends including AI and ML, assessing the risks and opportunities they introduce into the security landscape.

Your work will directly shape the organisation's security posture and strategy in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.

What they are looking for A master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline Experience designing or developing secure systems, ideally within embedded or end‑to‑end solution environments Background in sectors such as robotics, e‑mobility, home and building automation, or healthcare would be advantageous You should have a solid grounding in embedded software design principles and the communication skills to explain complex architectural decisions to stakeholders across a range of technical backgrounds This role offers genuine strategic influence at an organisation where security architecture matters at scale.

You will work across a diverse product portfolio, engage with cutting‑edge technology domains, and contribute to security decisions that have real‑world impact across industrial and connected systems globally.
