Scott Land & Lease has an immediate opening for a Senior Surface Land Administrator/Project Coordinator in Alberta.
We are looking for:
Someone who knows all facets of Surface Land administration in Alberta, both freehold and Crown. A passionate, organized person, who loves what they do, is amazing to work with, eager to learn new things and brings a positive, can-do attitude to work each day!
Skills required for success in this role:
Track record of success working on demanding projects Strong technical land skills Ability to learn new things quickly Engaging personality and interpersonal skills An ability to effectively multi-task Excellent problem-solving abilities and highly organized Strong computer skills Knowledge of OneStop AB Freehold Surface experience Oilsands and thermal experience considered an asset
What you will do:
Prepare documents for the acquisition of lands, rights-of-way, damage settlements, rental reviews, well sites, pipelines, utility rights-of-way, lease amendments, third-party agreements, make Crown applications on OneStop etc.
