JOIN OUR TEAM As a Senior Supply Chain Manager , you will own and continuously improve the end-to-end flow of goods across our supply chain network. You will act as a senior partner to cross‑functional teams, including buying and warehouse operations, to ensure the timely delivery of products to our customers.

As the central expert for supply chain operations, you will play a key role in shaping best practices and mentoring team members.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Own the end‑to‑end purchase order lifecycle, from supplier onboarding and order placement to shipment management and tracking, ensuring product availability across a complex, multi‑category portfolio Coordinate deliveries, resolve shipping issues, and partner with freight providers, warehouse operations, buying, and supply planning teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and smooth logistics operations Monitor and evaluate KPIs (e.g., OTIF, OTP, product availability), conduct root cause analyses, and implement structural improvement plans Lead cross‑functional projects to improve supply chain processes, resolve systemic bottlenecks, and drive a culture of continuous improvement through best practices, operational excellence, and innovative solutions by utilising AI and automation where applicable, while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations Build and lead strategic, long‑term relationships with key suppliers, acting as the senior point of contact and driving supplier performance and smooth purchase order execution Lead, coach, and develop a team of two direct reports YOU COME WITH A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar role Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software; experience with data analysis tools (e.g.
