Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis of a variety of building projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial structures.
• Develop complex structural models using advanced engineering software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RAM Structural System).
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reports.
• Ensure designs comply with international building codes (e.g., Eurocodes, AISC, ACI) and client-specific requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff remotely.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, multidisciplinary engineers, and project managers through virtual platforms.
• Conduct peer reviews of structural designs and calculations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural engineering technology and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client's design processes and standards.
• Proactively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to the project team and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration or equivalent international registration is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the structural engineering of buildings.
• Extensive experience with advanced structural analysis and design software.
• Strong understanding of seismic, wind, and other load considerations for building design.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage project deliverables in a remote setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated experience in leading design teams and mentoring junior engineers.
