Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process for a variety of building projects from conceptualization to construction documentation.
• Perform advanced structural analysis and calculations using state-of-the-art software.
• Develop detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Review and approve shop drawings and respond to construction queries.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, clients, and other engineering disciplines through virtual platforms.
• Ensure designs meet all relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior structural engineers within the remote team.
• Conduct quality control checks on structural designs and documentation.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural focus.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) registration with ECSA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience specifically in structural engineering for buildings.
• Extensive experience with structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD. Pro, SAP2000).
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit Structure) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of building materials (steel, concrete, masonry) and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills suited for remote work.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead remote teams effectively.
