Key Responsibilities
Manage and perform month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements Ensure accurate statutory accounting and support preparation of statutory financial statements Coordinate external audits, respond to audit requests, and ensure timely closure of audit findings Act as key finance contact for banking, tax authorities, and external advisors Monitor balance sheet accounts and perform regular reconciliations Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and harmonization of accounting processes across European entities Support finance transformation initiatives, systems improvements, and SAP‑related enhancements Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX controls (where applicable), and audit requirements Serve as a trusted finance partner to management and other finance teams in Europe
