Your Role We are looking for a technology development engineer who will be driving innovations from concept definition to volume production. Key responsibilities Develop leading‑edge wafer technology to realize new power devices addressing application needs while meeting performance, cost and quality targets.
Drive experiments from the process split definition to the realization in the clean room and validation in the laboratory, analyzing available in‑line metrology and electrical test data. Drive necessary reliability investigations, electrical characterization and application tests to validate performance and robustness of the product.
Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: A university degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences or comparable. 5+ years experience in semiconductor device technology development (clean room experience, design of experiments, statistical process control, process control monitor design/layout, wafer‑level reliability test and electrical characterization, failure analysis techniques, TCAD simulations, IP generation, etc.).
Semiconductor physics and process integration knowledge. Structured problem‑solving character, delivering high‑quality results through a self‑organized, analytical approach that balances attention to detail with a strategic big‑picture perspective in complex situations.
Excellent English communication skills and ideally basic German skills or willingness to learn German. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
