The Quantity Surveyor plays an integral role within the Procurement & Subcontracting Team by managing the interface between Engineering and Procurement & Subcontracting, as well as overseeing the subcontractor payment application process. Contact: You want to be part of the Exyte team? Discover your exciting role The Senior Specialist Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical and Electrical) (m/f/d) supports Subcontracting Management within their area of expertise throughout the full project lifecycle.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to estimate quantities and costs. Use digital tools (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, Revit, BIM) to ensure precision and efficiency in quantification. Verify subcontractor payment applications and progress reports.

Support the Subcontract Manager with final measurements for contract close-out. Show your expertise Third-level education diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. At least five years of relevant post-qualification experience with a main contractor.

Relevant experience in EPC client projects with a total value exceeding €500 million. Computer literate, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Ability to work accurately with figures.
