Germany / Munich Responsibilities Own and further develop business analytics capabilities across E-Commerce, CRM, and Digital Business functions Create, maintain, and continuously improve reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking frameworks Deliver advanced analyses of e-commerce, customer, and commercial performance data to identify growth opportunities, risks, and optimization potential Act as a key contact for stakeholders regarding reporting, analytics, and performance insights Support strategic initiatives and management reporting through data-driven analyses and recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, CRM, Sales, IT, and Finance to translate business needs into analytical solutions Develop and maintain scalable data models, reporting architectures, and governance standards to support a growing global business environment Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and industry analyses to identify trends, benchmarks, and best practices Monitor and optimize e-commerce performance across the entire customer journey, including acquisition, conversion, retention, campaign effectiveness, and product performance Identify, evaluate, and implement advanced analytics methodologies, automation opportunities, and AI-driven use cases to enhance business performance and decision‑making Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field Several years of professional experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or a similar role, ideally within an E-Commerce, Direct-to-Consumer, Retail, or Consumer Goods environment Strong knowledge of analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or Tableau Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting Structured, reliable, and solution‑oriented way of working Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent business English skills; German is a plus CYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
