Description Discover your exciting roles We are seeking a Space Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Stuttgart, Hamburg, Leverkusen, Bad Homburg, Ulm, Nuremberg or Munich.

This role is integral to the design and construction phases of our complex facilities, particularly within the life sciences and advanced technology sectors.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities Coordinate design aspects across disciplines and cover technical aspects to a certain degree Participate in layout development, defining functional areas with discipline leads, and determining the design of shafts, bridges, pipe racks, system distribution, equipment layout arrangement, media tunnels, and maintenance platforms Ensure all MEP requirements are communicated, coordinated, and tracked for implementation in the CSA scope, considering not only layout but also loads, technical requirements, etc.
