Senior Solutions Consultant

• Lead tailored product demos and best-practice sessions for compliance, risk, and executive stakeholders

• Own enterprise trials and proof-of-concept engagements, ensuring technical success, adoption, and measurable value delivery

• Support new-business and upsell opportunities throughout the enterprise customer journey

• Map complex customer workflows to demonstrate understanding and influence product positioning

• Lead discovery conversations to identify compliance, operational, and regulatory pain points

• Translate technical concepts into commercial benefits for technical and non-technical audiences

• Create and maintain product-demo best practices with commercial teams

• Maintain understanding of API documentation and capabilities to resolve customer queries and manage prospect conversations

• Design and execute implementation plans for Enterprise customers

• Identify and solve integration challenges within customers’ risk and compliance architectures

• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and due-diligence requests

• Act as technical point of contact for strategic partners, enabling integrations, joint solution development, and co-selling

• Collaborate with Product and Intelligence teams on blockchain intelligence examples and use cases

• Translate analytical data and findings into sales-friendly talk tracks with the Research team

• Work with the Global Policy Group to identify relevant local regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales role in Crypto/Blockchain, FinTech or RegTech environments

• Solid understanding of the crypto industry and its compliance landscape, including AML, sanctions, VASPs, and MiCA

• Proven experience running successful product demos, PoCs, and trials in complex enterprise sales cycles

• Fluency in French/Spanish/Italian

• Strong discovery and consultative skills

• Experience working with APIs, mapping integration workflows, and delivering or implementing complex technology products to enterprise clients

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, demonstrated through activities such as speaking engagements

• Proven focus on continuous improvement

• Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools, crypto transaction tracing, or on-chain intelligence

• Fluency in another language

• Experience automating internal processes using AI, scripting, or innovative tools

• Familiarity with CRM, AI-enhanced productivity apps, Zapier, Notion, or data visualization tools

• Experience with Python, SQL, or JavaScript for data manipulation, API testing, or light prototyping
