Experience working on complex enterprise solutions and bridging business and technology is essential. /p h3What You Will Do: /h3 ul liAct as a trusted advisor across designated accounts, building strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders, including C‑level executives /li liUnderstand customer objectives, challenges, and KPIs, and align Sitecore solutions to deliver clear business outcomes and measurable value /li liBuild compelling business cases and value hypotheses, articulating ROI, impact, and strategic relevance throughout the sales cycle /li liSupport revenue growth by identifying upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities based on customer needs and value realization /li liPartner closely with Account Executives, internal teams, and partners to shape deal strategy and deliver a cohesive customer experience /li liLead value‑driven discovery sessions, translating insights into tailored solution approaches and strategic account plans /li liDeliver impactful, bespoke demonstrations focused on customer use cases and business outcomes rather than product features /li liDevelop and present Proofs of Concept that validate both technical fit and business value /li liSupport partners during the presales phase, enabling them to position the right solution and value proposition /li liContribute to RFP/RFI/RFQ responses with clear, outcome‑focused and technically sound proposals /li liRepresent Sitecore in customer meetings, workshops, and occasional events, confidently communicating with senior stakeholders /li liContinuously upskill on Sitecore and related technologies to stay ahead of market trends and bring innovation to customers /li /ul h3What You Need to Succeed: /h3 ul libNative level German, business fluency in French /b /li liStrong ability to connect technical capabilities with business priorities, translating customer requirements into clear business outcomes and measurable value /li liProven experience delivering value‑based demonstrations, focusing on use cases, ROI, and business impact rather than features /li liAbility to design and position end‑to‑end solutions, including handling complex architectures and integrations across multiple systems /li liSolid understanding of digital experience and cross‑channel marketing technologies, with an appreciation of how they drive customer engagement and growth /li liStrong business acumen with the ability to build and articulate business cases, value hypotheses, and success metrics aligned to customer KPIs /li liConfident communicator with experience engaging business stakeholders and C‑level executives, influencing decisions through clear storytelling and insight /li liAbility to quickly absorb and synthesize complex information, turning it into simple, compelling narratives /li liCollaborative team player who can work effectively across sales, partners, and technical teams, while also being self‑driven and able to manage priorities independently /li /ul h3Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart: /h3 ul liSolid experience and understanding of one or more Web Content Management systems, e‑commerce, or digital asset management systems /li liSolid experience with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Vue, etc. /li liUnderstanding of the MarTech landscape and trends including SaaS and Headless content solutions /li /ul h3Equal Opportunities at Sitecore /h3 pSitecore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. ph3About the Role: /h3 pWe are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant with a solid technical background, and excellent business acumen.
