Senior Solution Architect - Salesforce/Mulesoft - Sales Cloud, Consumer Goods/Data - 12 months

Role: Senior Solution Architect

Reports to: Program Manager

Job Purpose

The Senior Solution Architect joins the program leadership team to translate business processes and functional requirements into a scalable, secure, and coherent CRM solution. You will provide end-to-end architectural ownership across a Global Template and multi-country rollout waves, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, integration, data, security, and AI principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Own end-to-end CRM architecture across configuration, data, integrations, security, DevOps, analytics, and AI.
• Global Template Governance: Protect the Global Template using standardization by default, configuration over customization, and localization by exception.
• Design & Integration: Translate user stories into solution blueprints, and define integration patterns alongside MuleSoft/Apigee teams.
• Data & Implementation: Define the target data model and migration rules while guiding development teams through technical quality gates.
• Team Leadership: Mentor onshore and offshore solution architects and technical leads through complex design challenges.

Skills & Experience

• CRM Expertise: Extensive experience leading large-scale CRM transformations, specifically with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Integration & Data: Strong knowledge of API-led integration (MuleSoft/Apigee), enterprise data models, and identity management.
• Governance & AI: Proven experience with architecture governance boards and working knowledge of AI-enabled sales use cases.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex technical architecture choices to C-level executives and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: Typically 12+ years in enterprise tech, with 7+ years in CRM architecture and 2+ multi-country rollouts.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications are strongly preferred; TOGAF or cloud architecture certifications are desirable.
