What you will do Lead design and development of services and features transforming the supplier platform and data model. Mentor developing engineers and promote engineering excellence. Build meaningful software in a collaborative environment.
Requirements Must have 5+ years of professional experience focused on backend development using Go, Ruby on Rails, Java, or similar languages. Experience designing and building relational data models and APIs. Quality mindset with automated testing, clean code, code reviews, and CI/CD basics.
Practical experience with feature flags, telemetry, and safe rollout techniques. Collaborative approach to turning ambiguous problems into iterative, measurable outcomes. Must be authorized to work in the US; ezCater does not sponsor work visas or permanent residence.
