Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance backend services and cloud-native applications.
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a remote setting.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and software development trends.
• Ensure security best practices are implemented across the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent significant experience.
• Extensive experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on backend development and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Node.js).
• Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a virtual setting.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) is a plus.
