What You Have: 6–8 years of software engineering experience with strong background in distributed systems and large-scale data platforms. Experience driving platform migrations from Hadoop/Impala to Databricks in production environments. Deep expertise with Python, Databricks ecosystem, Airflow, and cloud-native data storage (GCP).
