We're changing that with currently 22 full-time employees in our HQ. Tasks Responsibilities Designing, building, and shipping product features end-to-end, from early ideas to rollout and iteration.

Taking ownership of parts of the product and contributing to architectural decisions that shape how our systems evolve. Improve performance and reliability across our core systems.

Collaborating closely with product and design to translate real-world operational workflows into simple, reliable, AI-enabled software Help us shape engineering culture as we grow, be it Engineering Practices, Technical Standards or workflow optimisations.

Requirements You may be a good fit if you Have shipped and operated production web applications end-to-end, and are comfortable owning features from idea through deployment and iteration. Are able to independently design, build, and deliver features with minimal guidance, including making pragmatic product and technical decisions.

Take ownership seriously: you care about outcomes, move quickly, and are comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations without waiting for perfect specifications.
