About The Role
We are looking for an Android engineer who wants to own the full growth surface area in the World App.

You will be responsible for core priorities in the Android growth—primarily focus on user incentives, but often working on other important areas across the Growth team including onboarding and modalities. Collaborate cross-functionally with economics, data, and operations teams to understand the full context of how growth features perform.
This is not a role where you build one feature and move on. You may work on the first screen a new user sees to the systems that power referrals and rewards. Important is that you understand the impact you can have with every experience and are willing to own the work to complete.
You will ship fast, measure everything, and iterate based on what the data tells you. You will work closely with product, backend, design, economics, and data to deliver features that meaningfully move user acquisition and retention.
