You’ll be the bridge between client ambition and day‑to‑day social reality, bringing strong ideas, sharp judgement, and excellent platform knowledge.

Requirements and Responsibilities Lead Client Relationships: Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, translating business goals into clear, actionable social media direction with confidence and clarity.

Own Social Strategy: Drive platform‑first thinking with a strong focus on TikTok, shaping content approaches rooted in trends, formats, creator culture, and audience behaviour. Develop Culturally Relevant Ideas: Create and champion social concepts that cut through on TikTok and beyond, ensuring content feels native, timely, and engaging.

Steer End‑to‑End Delivery: Manage social projects from briefing to publishing, overseeing timelines, approvals, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution. Track Trends and Platform Shifts: Stay ahead of TikTok and wider social media developments, proactively translating insights into opportunities for brands.

Balance Strategy and Hands‑On Work: Combine senior‑level oversight with active participation in day‑to‑day execution, ensuring ideas are properly realized in live content.
