Joining our Healthcare team is becoming part of a diverse, inclusive and flexible working culture, presenting great opportunities for personal development and career advancement across the globe. /p h3Your role /h3 pAs a Senior Site Product Manager, you will serve as the key site-level project and technical leadership point for assigned complex product lifecycle and manufacturing activities spanning the full end-to-end biotech manufacturing scope: Drug Substance, Drug Product / Fill Finish, and Final Product / Packaging.
In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives — including technology transfers, validation activities, new product introductions, major process changes, and cross-functional issue resolution — with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability for delivering agreed site outcomes. /p pYou will connect complex technical and manufacturing topics to their business, quality, regulatory and supply implications, translating them into clear, decision-oriented recommendations for senior stakeholders. Operating across functions and sites without direct authority, you will align local and global teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Global Manufacturing Science Technology (Global MSAT) to protect product quality, patient supply, and business continuity.
In unexpected events, you will help drive pragmatic, scientifically sound and compliant solutions to protect batch viability and supply continuity.
You will also coach and mentor fellow Site Product Managers, supporting knowledge sharing and continuous development of project management practices across the group, and act as a driver of positive change by identifying continuous improvement opportunities and improving ways of working across functions. /p h3Who You Are /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline; an advanced degree — Master’s or PhD — is an asset. /li li5+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, Manufacturing Science and Technology, technology transfer, validation, quality, or a related technical function within a GMP-regulated environment. /li liProven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end, including scope definition, milestone planning, risk management, and stakeholder governance.
/li liStrong understanding of biotech manufacturing and product lifecycle management across Drug Substance, Drug Product / Fill Finish, and Final Product / Packaging. /li liExcellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technical topics into clear business impact assessments and decision recommendations for senior audiences. /li liStrong business acumen, with the ability to understand how technical or manufacturing decisions may impact cost, supply, batch value, regulatory commitments and patient supply. /li liHigh autonomy, sound judgment, and a strong sense of ownership; able to anticipate risks early and drive pragmatic mitigation plans under pressure. /li liDemonstrated ability to align cross-functional and cross-site stakeholders without direct authority, including experience managing regulatory documentation and CAPA follow-up. /li
