Responsibilities
This position works primarily on developing solutions as part of the Development team in an Agile format. Lead, manage and support the ITSM Development Team.

Responsibilities include translating customer requirements into ServiceNow solutions for IT Service Management (ITSM) or custom application development.
Collaborate with multiple development groups to deploy updates and troubleshoot issues related to the ServiceNow Platform. Qualifications Education: Technical training, certification(s), or degree. Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience in ServiceNow development.
Technical skills: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, Jelly/XML, and ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Platform, SAM, HAM, SPM, and APM. US citizenship required.
