You will join a team of passionate professionals including project managers, architects, service managers, business analysts, and developers.Main missions- Support pre-project phases by conducting studies, feasibility analyses, and workload estimates.- Accompany projects during their design phase to ensure the quality of the proposed solutions.- Design and maintain the product roadmap as well as the backlog, prioritizing standard software functionalities.- Ensure the consistency of solutions with corporate standards and market best practices.- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, methods, and tools.- University degree or engineering diploma from a Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPF) or equivalent.Essential skills- Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in functional analysis on the ServiceNow platform.- Expertise in AppEngine and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.Required skills- Advanced functional analysis and business architecture.- Change management.- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to facilitate workshops and groups.- Mastery of AppEngine and CSM modules.- Good understanding of databases, data modeling, and ServiceNow data models.- Knowledge of software development processes and associated deliverables.- Systemic vision and analytical capacity.Behavioral skills- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Leadership and ease of communication, and ability to take responsibility for a team.Appreciated skills- Experience with ServiceNow methodologies.- Knowledge of BPM, ITIL, ISTQB best practices.Main activities- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates.- Organize and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.- Advise business and project teams on the best implementation approaches.- Accompany projects in the design phase to ensure consistency, performance, and quality of developments.- Conduct design reviews and ensure quality control of deliverables.- Ensure technological monitoring and manage the roadmap as well as the backlog under the responsibility of the functional and technical design of the solutions.- Coordinate exchanges with project teams, business lines, architects, and support teams.- Identify and recommend areas for improvement on existing solutions.- Participate in the creation of project deliverables (specifications, test plans, deployment, etc.).- Participate in testing, deployment, and support phases.- Ensure compliance with design, development, security, and quality standards.- Provide regular reporting on work progress, identified risks, and associated actions.- Provide support and expertise to project teams.Technical environment- ServiceNow, Jira, Xray, SharePoint, iServer, Figma, Axure.You demonstrate team spirit and good communication skills.
