Your Responsibilities Advise international customers on SAP SuccessFactors integration projects Analyse existing HR IT landscapes and support long-term architecture improvements Design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP systems, and third-party applications Work hands‑on with modern SAP integration technologies Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and architecture stakeholders Lead workshops and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and technical audiences Manage projects independently from design phase through to successful go‑live Your Background 3–5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration projects Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee C
