Your Responsibilities
- Advise international customers on SAP SuccessFactors integration projects • Analyse existing HR IT landscapes and support long-term architecture improvements • Design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP systems, and third-party applications • Work hands-on with modern SAP integration technologies • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and architecture stakeholders • Lead workshops and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and technical audiences • Manage projects independently from design phase through to successful go-liveYour Background• 3–5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration projects • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central • Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), and/or SAP BTP • Good understanding of HR processes and HR data models • Strong communication skills and a
