Responsibilities Configure, implement and optimize processes in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Product Cost Controlling within the SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules Gather and document requirements, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specification Design processes that meet our customer's expectations Coach colleagues, share expertise and support competence development Support testing by leading unit, integration, and user‑acceptance testing, and deliver training to end‑users Provide support and troubleshoot issues across SAP Finance and Controlling modules Ensure integration with other SAP modules, such as Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, and Production Planning Engage with customers to understand their business, anticipate needs, and propose relevant solutions Support sales processes with realistic planning and solution scoping Contribute to project management, including planning, estimation, and execution of workstreams Explore and test new innovations, especially S/4HANA Finance and emerging functionalities Qualifications Solid experience in SAP Finance and/or Controlling, including at least some of the key functional areas listed above Several years of consulting experience – or a strong track record as a key user in finance or controlling, ready to transition into consulting Initial exposure to S/4HANA and a desire to deepen your expertise Ideally, familiarity with ABAP programming A consulting mindset and fluency in both German and English Experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud would be seen as a plus Benefits Professional growth, meaningful projects, open culture, and an outstanding work‑life balance Opportunity to create the future of a growing, fast‑developing sector Organizational culture that supports success Flexible hybrid work model; travel may occur but is not expected weekly Benefits like laptop and smartphone also for private use, health programs, team events, excellent public transport connection, food vouchers, contribution to the costs of the Austrian “Klimaticket”, fresh fruits, and a supportive environment for professional growth Curiosity and learning as a lifestyle, encouraging unlearning and relearning as new possibilities emerge The annual gross salary for this position will start from €55 000.00 on a full‑time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience.
