Project Information:
Onsite Requirement: Approximately 10 onsite person-days, with the remaining work delivered from onshore/nearshore locations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform functional analysis and solution design for the merger of two SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM/IH) systems, covering:
Maintenance planning and execution
Component manufacturing
Logistics
Develop target-state concepts and prepare management decision papers for the system consolidation.
Design future-state (To-Be) business processes, considering all prerequisites and shared SAP modules across both systems.
Identify SAP S/4HANA-specific process and functional changes required during the system consolidation.
Prepare, facilitate, and document workshops with corporate stakeholders and business representatives.
Independently develop business concepts and proactively coordinate cross-functional topics with consulting teams and business departments.
SAP QM (Quality Management)
Maintenance processes
Perform detailed analysis of assets, equipment, and technical installations.
Model future-state (To-Be) business processes.
Define the project scope by identifying the business processes requiring redesign.
Conduct technical evaluations and support implementation with a strong focus on standard SAP best practices.
Identify cross-system business processes (e.g., internal procurement processes) and redesign or harmonize them where necessary.
Lead the consolidation and harmonization of two SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance systems into a single integrated SAP S/4HANA PM environment
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP PM, MM, QM, and SD modules in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
More than 5 years of experience in:
Deep business process expertise in Plant Maintenance (PM)
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior SAP PM Consultant (T-shaped profile) with extensive integration knowledge across:
Quality Management (QM)
German language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
