You will play a critical role in growing our client portfolio, with emphasis on mid-market and enterprise organisations. In this position, you will build strong relationships with key decision-makers, articulate the value of Progyny’s solutions, and deliver personalised strategies that address each client’s unique needs.
Tasks Pipeline Generation Partner with Sales Leadership to shape strategy and open new opportunities. Drive personal pipeline generation through prospecting, outbound outreach, and targeted research. Maintain predictable pipeline development through disciplined and consistent profile mapping.
Develop and execute approaches to identify opportunities with large enterprise clients. End-to-End Sales Ownership Lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing. Deliver str
