This role is focused on strategic accounts, emphasizing strategic adoption and value.

You will partner closely with Strategic Account Executives and Solution Architects to demonstrate product value and achieve the solution yes. /p liConvincing the customer that Camunda is the right solution /li liPre sales /li liWorking closely with AE’s- account plans and close plans /li liSupporting AE in sale, helping then with MEDDICC, supporting the development of the account strategy, and focusing on business value in the sales process /li li3rd level convo- more product discussion- establishing fit between customer pain points and Camunda /li liPartners with solutions architect and other Sales Engineers /li liManages interaction and organization efforts around the customer /li liCreating demo’s and mock up’s, contributing to account planning and strategy /li liSelling to developers (needs technical understanding) /li liSelling to different levels of business (needs ability to

adjust language to audience, value messaging and value engineering) /li pbWhat you'll be doing: /b /p pAs a Senior Sales Engineer at Camunda, you will play a pivotal role in guiding enterprise organizations through the evaluation of our process automation and orchestration solutions. Computer Science, Business Informatics,) or equivalent experience. /li li5+ years of experience in value-based consulting. /li liStrong grasp of underlying technologies and architecture that power process orchestration and automation, including knowledge of programming languages, APIs, integrations, cloud-native architectures, and scalability. /li liProven ability to articulate a product's value proposition persuasively and to overcome objections. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills, listening actively, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to a diverse audience. /li liA passion for innovative technology and a strategic mindset focused on driving business value. /li liFluent in spoken and written German and English (native or C1/C2 proficiency) /li liAbility to work well organized, on several engagements in parallel handling

entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role.
