We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Senior Sales Coordinator to support the sales and business development team in delivering end-to-end sales coordination, proposal management, and customer support for mechanical engineering products serving the energy, oil & gas, offshore, marine, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales and business development teams. Liaise with suppliers, procurement teams, logistics providers, and customers to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical information.
Support the sales team in contract administration, documentation, and project coordination. Prepare and manage technical and commercial quotations, proposals, tenders, and bid documentation. Review customer inquiries, RFQs, specifications, and technical requirements to ensure accurate submissions.
Maintain accurate records of sales opportunities, quotations, contracts, and customer communications. Track order status from quotation through delivery and ensure timely customer updates. Prepare sales reports, forecasting reports, pipeline analysis, and performance dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
