Your Role

Our tech team is growing rapidly to support an ambitious roadmap. We are hiring experienced Senior Back‑end Developers (Ruby/Rails) who will shape our roadmap, design technical solutions, and help deliver a great user experience. You will also have the opportunity to experiment and bring new ideas to the table.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Product Managers to review project specifications.

• Prepare integration plans, breakdowns, and estimations.

• Write hands‑on code, submit pull requests, conduct code reviews, and write tests.

Qualifications

Must‑haves

• 5+ years of experience as a back‑end or full‑stack engineer; recent experience with Ruby on Rails is mandatory.

• Experience in tech scale‑ups or similar agile, fast‑paced environments.

• Experience building large‑scale products used by thousands of monthly users.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English.

• Ownership mindset – we value owners, not renters.

• Fast‑moving, do‑er mindset with a balance between craftsmanship and velocity.

• User‑centricity – pride in building top‑quality experiences.

• Comfort with building uncensored AI products (#NSFW).

Bonus points

• Past experience or interest in data science and generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps).
