ph3Job Description /h3 ul liContribute to the client service team during the project cycle (from questionnaire development to delivery of report) and work very closely together with other team members as well as vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects. /li liContribute to client meetings and interface with clients on project related matters under guidance of senior team members. /li liAccountable for internal project management (incl. managing schedules by meeting critical timelines workflows) of defined market research projects (normally 4-5 projects running in parallel with different timelines). /li liLiaise with vendors, manage, and monitor fieldwork to drive comprehensive quality management throughout the project lifecycle (e.g., checking survey scripts). /li liSet‑up market research projects on the Ipsos.Digital online platform. /li liAnalyze quantitative data and translate findings into compelling stories and actionable recommendations for our clients (the "So What?"). /li liContribute to a great visualization of the research results in reports presentations (e.g., in MS PowerPoint). /li liApply research‑related AI tools (utilizing state‑of‑the‑art models). /li /ul h3Desired Qualifications, Skills And Experiences /h3 ul liUniversity degree preferably in marketing/market research, management, social sciences, communication sciences, data science or similar. /li liA first experience in market research is an advantage for a Research Executive; for the Senior Research Executive, 3‑5 years of market research experience is required. /li liHighly collaborative and adaptable: ability to work efficiently in a team. /li liAbility to juggle numerous tasks at once. /li liProactive and solution‑oriented, with the ability to work autonomously. /li liA strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to think holistically and understand the broader business context of our clients. /li liStrong attention to detail, numerical and analytical skills. /li liStrong organizational and time‑management skills. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with colleagues or stakeholders across the organization (in a multicultural environment). /li liNative in Swiss‑German language and excellent English skills – other languages are an advantage. /li liStrong PowerPoint and Excel skills and affinity to try out new (AI) tools. /li /ul h3We Offer You /h3 ul liExtensive trainings. /li liScope for career development in a global company. /li liA collaborative and supportive work environment. /li liInternational working environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
