Requirements

• Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field (e.g., Chemistry with significant engineering application).
• 7+ years of post‑doctoral or industrial research experience, with a strong focus on sustainable technologies, green chemistry, or catalysis.
• Proven track record of successful research project leadership and publication in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Extensive experience with laboratory techniques, process scale‑up, and pilot plant operations.
