Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of complex digital transformation projects for clients across various African markets.
• Develop strategic project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and timelines in alignment with client goals.
• Manage and motivate geographically dispersed project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance virtual work environment.
• Oversee the implementation of digital solutions, including cloud platforms, data analytics tools, and enterprise software.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Maintain consistent and transparent communication with all project stakeholders, including C-level executives and client teams.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and client-specific requirements.
• Drive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned to inform future engagements.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies relevant to the African market.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP or relevant Agile certifications are essential.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience, with a significant focus on digital transformation and technology implementations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects across multiple countries, preferably within Africa.
• Extensive experience working with remote teams and managing projects in a virtual setting.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, CRM systems, and cybersecurity principles.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in industry-standard project management software and collaboration tools.
