The Senior Relay Technician is responsible for leading and executing the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of protective relays, control systems, and associated equipment within electrical substations and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Position Responsibilities and Duties Lead daily safety briefings and identify, mitigate, and eliminate workplace hazards.
Apply Human Performance Error Prevention (HPEP) tools and principles. Perform acceptance, commissioning, functional, and end-to-end testing of Transmission Line protection and Communication with utility. Execute testing of transformers, breakers, and relay panel wiring. Analyze relay event records and disturbance report
