Key Responsibilities / Tasks Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients with tailored investment and advisory solutions.
Acquire new assets through proactive business development, focusing on Western European markets. Serve as the primary trusted point of contact for clients, delivering a high-touch, personalised service. Ensure full compliance with Swiss and local regulatory requirements. Reports to the relevant Market Head depending on the platform.
Key Qualifications / Experience A transferable client portfolio is essential (target: USD 100m+ in Net New Money over 3 years). Strong track record in asset gathering, revenue generation, and long-term client retention. Entrepreneurial mindset with in-depth knowledge of private banking products, wealth structuring, and investment solutions.
