Our client, a leading Global private bank, is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to drive growth, client acquisition and portfolio growth within the Brazilian market.
The ideal candidate must come from a leading private bank or wealth management institution with a proven track record of having acquired, developed, and maintained clients within this market.
This is a Director-level role and is a hunter position, requiring a proactive approach to developing new client relationships and onboarding Assets Under Management (AUM).
Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition across the LatAm market with a focus on Brazil, building and converting a strong pipeline of prospects Identify and penetrate priority segments through targeted outreach, networking, and market mapping Lead end to end commercial negotiations and deliver compelling proposals to secure new clients Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to support sustainable revenue growth Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and accurate forecasting to inform regional strategy Requirements Extensive experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory Proven track record in hunting and acquiring Brazilian HNW/UHNW clients Strong understanding of wealth management products and services Ability to operate independently while aligning with institutional strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr
