Job Description You will lead the end-to-end preparation and submission of our regulatory reports (including Pillar 1, EU and German statistical reporting, Pillar 2, transaction reporting, and more) with a focus on both accuracy and timeliness You will interpret and assess the strategic relevance of new regulatory requirements, ensuring our reporting processes remain fully compliant You will independently manage the continuous improvement, automation, and transformation of our processes, controls, and data quality You will take full ownership for regulatory reporting aspects of high-impact interdisciplinary projects — such as new product processes or expansion into new geographic markets You will act as a key point person for internal and external auditors as well as regulators with respect to regulatory reporting and related matters You will provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous development Qualifications You have completed a degree with a focus on finance, accounting, or law Several years of experience in a comparable role in the financial services industry Exposure to reporting processes required for market‑making activities is desirable You are reliable, detail‑oriented, and possess strong communication and analytical skills You enjoy working with large data sets and idea
