Responsibilities Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with regional healthcare professionals, investigators and research centres. Provide timely, evidence-based responses to medical and scientific inquiries from clinicians and healthcare partners.
Support investigator-initiated projects and clinical research activities, including site identification and scientific feasibility. Design and deliver medical education, advisory boards and regional congress activities. Qualifications University degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences or a related field. A PhD or medical doctorate is preferred.
Several years of experience in medical affairs, clinical research or a related role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Strong ability to interpret clinical data and communicate scientific evidence clearly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
Willingness and ability to travel within the region and nationally. Preferred Qualifications Field‑based experience as a Medical Science Liaison, Regional Medical Affairs Manager or similar role. Experience supporting clinical trials, investigator‑initiated studies or study start‑up activities.
Experience planning medical education, advisory boards and congress activities. Knowledge of the German healthcare system and market access considerations. Proven ability to build and maintain networks with key opinion leaders and investigators. Comfortable using digital engagement tools and omnichannel communication approaches.
