Coach and train leaders and teams on new standards, provide front-line technical support, and drive continuous improvement in H&S performance. Build and lead a global stakeholder network to assess current practices, identify gaps, and define future H&S requirements.
Define regional competency, capacity, and resource needs to ensure sustainable implementation of the H&S Management System. What You Bring: Several years of professional experience, including frontline FMCG or manufacturing environments, with strong exposure to regional or global H&S systems.
Proven expertise in one or more key H&S risk domains and experience deploying behavioral-based safety programs to drive sustainable cultural change. Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a track record of collaborating across functions, cultures, and matrixed or decentralized organizations.
Highly adaptable, open to evolving responsibilities as programs move from design to execution, with readiness for significant regional travel (40-60%). Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Italian, or French) preferred for EU-based roles.
