As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent strategy for Germany & Austrian markets. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, consulting on talent needs and proactively identifying opportunities to bring in diverse and high‑potential talent.
Your expertise in market analysis, candidate engagement, and recruitment best practices will ensure we attract, assess, and secure the best candidates for both immediate and future needs.
Responsibilities Talent Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement: Use data and market insights to educate and influence hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies. Consult with business leaders to develop and implement hiring plans that align with business needs and talent availability. Candidate So
