Key Responsibilities

• Secure necessary permits, zoning approvals, and financing for development projects.
• Oversee the design and architectural phases, ensuring alignment with project goals and market demands.
• Manage construction activities, coordinating with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and development trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, government officials, and community stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the sales or leasing of completed developments, collaborating with marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in real estate development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Extensive experience in project management, financial analysis, and deal structuring.
• Strong understanding of zoning laws, building codes, and regulatory processes.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.
• Proficiency in project management software and real estate development tools.
• High level of self-motivation, organizational skills, and ability to excel in a remote work environment.
