In this role, you will work at the interface of RD, product engineering, and testing, helping bring advanced semiconductor technologies from development to industrialization. /p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liContribute to the development and qualification of next-generation Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Silicon (Si) semiconductor devices for power module applications /li liCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across RD Design, Process Development, and Product Engineering to evaluate the performance and reliability of new technologies /li liPlan, execute, and monitor electrical and reliability tests using advanced test equipment and methodologies /li liAnalyze test data, identify trends and root causes, and provide technical recommendations to support product development decisions. /li liPrepare and present test reports, communicating key findings and risks to project stakeholders /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the testing laboratory, enhancing efficiency, quality, and testing capabilities /li liEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, cleanliness, and laboratory operating standards in all testing activities /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul liMaster's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field /li liSeveral years of experience in the semiconductor, power electronics, or related industry, ideally within electrical testing, validation, or reliability engineering /li liStrong understanding of semiconductor devices, particularly Silicon Carbide (SiC) and/or Silicon (Si) technologies /li liExperience with test systems, measurement equipment, and data analysis methodologies /li liProgramming or automation skills are highly desirable, preferably in Python, LabVIEW, or similar tools /li liExperience with statistical data analysis and engineering software tools; CAD knowledge is considered a plus /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, combined with a structured and collaborative working style /li liFluent in English; German is an advantage /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 ul liThe opportunity to work on cutting‑edge semiconductor technologies that enable the global energy transition /li liCollaboration with highly skilled experts in an international and innovative environment /li liChallenging projects with real impact on future power electronics solutions /li liFlexible working arrangements and attractive development opportunities within a global technology leader /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr Our products play a critical role in enabling renewable energy, eMobility, traction, and industrial applications worldwide.
