Falcon Green is partnering with a leading international principal contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Lead, the successful candidate will oversee all commercial aspects of major projects while managing both a PQS and an AQS within the team.
An experienced and established site team is already in place, providing the expertise and support needed to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing all commercial and surveying activities across projects Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial reports Overseeing budgets and commercial functions on major schemes Cost management and control Preparing tenders and procuring subcontractors and materials Working closely with production and technical teams Attending project and commerc The data centre sector continues to be one of the fastest-growing areas within construction, making this an excellent time to join the industry.
