Senior Quality Manager (all genders)

Define, build‑up, and implement all Quality, Compliance and HSE processes and activities from the shopfloor up to national and international regulatory authorities. Play a pivotal role in our journey to sustainable aviation by providing a state‑of‑the‑art quality management system.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end quality process.

• Develop and implement an efficient, robust quality management system to ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements.

• Introduce and harmonize efficient QMS processes (e.g., integration into ERP/MES).

• Implement, assure, and further develop standards & certifications (e.g., AS/EN9100).

• Manage internal, external and customer audits, from planning up to CAPA measures.

• Work with the supply chain management team to ensure supplier product and process quality requirements.

• Establish a streamlined overall quality process to effectively meet day‑to‑day operational requirements.

• Interface to customers, certification bodies, and authorities for quality‑related topics.

• Promote a culture of quality and safety.

Your profile

• 5–7 years of professional experience in quality management.

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Extensive experience in Aircraft Development Programs, demonstrating industry‑specific knowledge and expertise.

• In‑depth knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS/EN9100) and regulations (LBA, EASA).

• Strong understanding of QMS, audits, CAPA and HSE management.

• Ability to integrate the QMS with other company systems (e.g., ERP).

• Outstanding people skills, including empathy and strong interpersonal capabilities.

• Exceptional communication, organizational and planning skills, with proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Fluency in German and English, with advanced negotiation skills in both languages.
