Your mission Define, improve, and maintain QA processes across multiple projects Design test strategies and test plans based on project risks and requirements Perform functional, integration, regression, acceptance, exploratory, and API testing Identify risks early and proactively prevent quality issues Work closely with developers, product owners, project managers, and customers Help teams improve quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle Contribute to test automation initiatives and quality tooling Improve release readiness and deployment confidence Promote a quality-first mindset within the organization Your profile At least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test strategies Experience with functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and exploratory testing Experience testing APIs and backend systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Excellent communication skills in English A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership Attention to detail combined with pragmatic decision-making You genuinely care about software quality You identify problems before customers do You take initiative rather than waiting for instructions You continuously improve your knowledge of testing methodologies and tools You help developers and teams become better, not just report bugs You can balance quality standards with practical business realities Why us?

Our team consists of 26 members and growing. System integrations, workflow automations and webplatforms is what we build. We work with python/django, .net/C#, SQL. Some of the tools we use: Git, Jira, Slack. The company culture is tech-savy, informal, result- and quality focused.
