Job Offer: Senior Project Manager SoC Design To strengthen our international team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to lead complex ASIC design development projects from concept to delivery. Coordinate cross‑functional teams including mixed‑signal, digital, PnR, DFT, verification, and test engineers.
Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, management, and external stakeholders or customers. Assist management in resource planning, recruitment, and mentoring of junior team members. Proven track record of leading cross‑functional and/or distributed engineering teams. Team‑player.

Responsibilities Lead and manage multidisciplinary SoC/ASIC development projects, ensuring successful delivery with regards to scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
Review, interpret, analyze and challenge customer Request for Quotation (RfQ) and translate them into clear project goals, specifications, and work packages. Drive structured project governance, regular status reporting, and risk management.
Support the continuous improvement of design and project management processes and contribute to organizational learning.
Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in technical project management within semiconductor or SoC/ASIC development.
Broad understanding of the IC development lifecycle (concept, design, verification, layout, test, qualification, production). Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Structured, proactive, and hands‑on way of working. Good written and oral communication skills in English.
Good to have Technical background in one of the typical ASIC design areas is beneficial. Experience in automotive or other high‑reliability applications. PMP, IPMA, or comparable project management certification. Employment Type Full‑time (up to 40 hours per week) #J-18808-Ljbffr
