Responsibilities Responsible for developing new products and advancing existing products.

Question and optimize product development processes together with the team. Manage internal stakeholders, external service providers, and manufacturing partners. Create and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets, and maintain related reports. Ensure product functionality as well as design and quality standards.
Communicate project status updates and results so all parties stay informed. Requirements Degree in business administration, engineering (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar), or an equivalent qualification. Several years of experience in product development for consumer goods, ideally cookware or household appliances.
Strong sensitivity to product design, quality standards, and manufacturing details. Experience managing external manufacturing/service providers. Good understanding of manufacturing processes and various product materials. Further training and certifications, e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, are an advantage.
